Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse à l'analyse de contenu et à la structuration des connaissances réalisée depuis une quarantaine d'années à partir de données qualitatives d'entretiens au sein de l'équipe de recherches de l'ISEOR. D'autre part elle étudie comment le logiciel support SEGESE a été conçu puis utilisé pour l'analyse de contenu qualitative. Des limites rencontrées dans son utilisation ont conduit à une réflexion approfondie puis à une restructuration de la méthode d'analyse de contenu ainsi que du logiciel lui-même, afin de les rendre plus pertinents et plus apte à produire de l'apprentissage collectif.
