Abstract

La recherche en sciences de gestion a longtemps opposé les méthodologies de recherches qualitatives et quantitatives. Cette communication porte sur la collecte de données qualitatives et quantitatives combinées, ainsi que leur traitement, dans le contexte de recherches in vivo relatives à des processus de changement organisationnel. L'enjeu est de souligner les vertus de la mixité qualitatif/quantitatif dans la conduite d'un processus de changement, en mettant en évidence ses impacts à la fois dans la dynamique de la recherche intervention et sur la signifiance des informations à l'usage scientifique ainsi collectées.
