La multiplication des normes et leurs conséquences sur le développement économique font désormais l'objet de débats universitaires et politiques. Si la simplification normative semble être le lietmotiv adopté lors de diverses revendications économiques et sociales, sa mise en oeuvre est loin d'être aussi aisée. Très souvent, la réponse à un problème normatif est apportée par la rédaction d'une nouvelle norme supposée régler le conflit...
