Abstract

Comment construire une coopération durable avec les médecins dont la contribution est indispensable à l'amélioration de la qualité des soins, à l'efficacité et l'efficience du fonctionnement des hôpitaux ? Cette recherche présente les résultats d'une étude ayant abouti à l'élaboration de contrats d'activité négociés entre les médecins et la direction de trois hôpitaux. Nous proposons de décrire comment cette méthode de contractualisation s'est mise en place et quels en ont été les impacts sur l'implication des médecins et le fonctionnement des hôpitaux.
