Abstract

Le contexte de l'encadrement de la recherche française encourage aux associations entre entreprises ou grandes institutions et laboratoires de recherche. Le domaine des tech-niques numériques de l'information et de la communication se trouve particulièrement ci-blé par ces incitations. L'intervention des chercheurs dans ce cadre ne va pas pour autant de soi et deux traditions divergent entre devoir d'intervention et méfiance à l'égard de l'instrumentalisation de la recherche. À travers le cas d'un projet ayant réuni laboratoires de recherche et entreprise, il est proposé de réfléchir aux conditions d'une collaboration constructive pour les deux parties.
