Abstract

Faire travailler autrui est l'une des tâches quotidiennes des managers. Cette étude s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une recherche doctorale et vise à décrire comment les novices apprennent la façon de mener cette tâche et comment leur manière de se comporter est influencée par les expériences vécues. Nous sommes aspirés par les travaux de Jean-Marie Barbier, Christian Chauvigné et Marie-Laure Vitali (2011) sur le travail des dirigeants. L'objectif de cet article est de présenter une expérience dans laquelle nous testons les méthodes de l'entretien d'explicitation de Pierre Vermersch (2010) et de l'entretien de décryptage de Nadine Faingold sur l'apprentissage des compétences « douces » des managers.
