Abstract

Les entreprises et les organisations publiques et privées sont soumises à de fortes turbulences de leur environnement externe ou interne. Ces turbulences appellent des remises en causes stratégiques et managériales. Quels comportements peuvent-elles adopter, afin de survivre et se développer, tout en reconsidérant leur métier, leurs activités et leurs projets ? Ce chapitre propose un chemin stratégique, expérimenté avec de nombreuses entreprises et organisations dans des programmes de recherche-intervention qualimétrique conduits par l'ISEOR, centré sur l'activation du potentiel humain, seul facteur actif de création de valeur ajoutée, pour définir et mettre en oeuvre des choix stratégiques renouvelés.
