Abstract

L'accompagnement entrepreneurial est souvent questionné quant à son impact sur la trajectoire de l'entrepreneur et sur la performance de l'entrepreneur et de l'entreprise accompagnée. Le métier d'accompagnateur d'entrepreneurs reste encore peu étudié et nos connaissances relatives à la population des accompagnateurs et aux choix de carrière sont très limitées: Quel est le profil des accompagnateurs d'entrepreneurs? Quelles sont les compétences en jeu dans la relation d'accompagnement ? Quels sont les facteurs motivationnels d'une carrière dans l'accompagnement entrepreneurial ? Ce papier est le premier en France à étudier l'image métier des accompagnateurs d'entrepreneurs, à partir d'une identification de ses antécédents et de ses dimensions constuites par l'individu.
