Abstract

En partant de la notion de compétence collective telle que théorisée par des chercheurs essentiellement de l'hexagone, cet article propose de les prolonger et de les approfondir à l'aide des travaux internationaux en communication organisationnelle et ceux issus du tournant pratique. En s'appuyant sur ces fondations, l'article propose et discute un projet de recherche visant à mieux comprendre les questions de production, de transformation et de soutien de la compétence collective. La conclusion souligne l'intérêt d'une telle approche pour étudier la compétence collective à différents niveaux des organisations ainsi que de ses implications méthodologiques.
