La libération d’entreprise, se réinventer pour mieux innover ?

Abstract

Alors que toutes les entreprises, tous secteurs d'activité confondus, font face à des défis majeurs (intensification de la concurrence et nouveaux comportements des salariés au travail) rendant impératifs de repenser les moyens organisationnels et managériaux permettant une plus grande créativité au travail et davantage d'innovation, certaines entreprises ont trouvé une solution: la libération. Repenser le management à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, arrêter le commandement et faire confiance, mettre la satisfaction du client au dessus de tout, impliqué tous les salariés dans des dynamiques d'innovation, … bref se réinventer pour se pérenniser et se développer. Cette étude de cas aborde toutes ces dimensions et bien d 'autres encore en s'appuyant sur l'aventure que sont en train de vivre tous les salariés d'IMA TECHNOLOGIES, un centre d'appel d'environ 400 personnes, et son directeur général. Ce cas est le fruit d'un travail de collecte de données effectué par les trois auteurs au sein d'une entreprise réelle. .
