Abstract

En France, les barrières d'accès à l'entrepreneuriat se sont assouplies depuis une décennie. Il convient maintenant de créer ou optimiser les environnements permettant la réactivité et le développement d'innovation de produit, de service ou d'organisation. La créativité collective, associée aux typologies d'entrepreneurs et aux contraintes économiques, permettrait d'augmenter la production d'idées, de concepts, de produits et de services tout en favorisant la réactivité aux fluctuations des marchés et des consommateurs, des jeunes entreprises. Une étude de la littérature sur la créativité et l'accompagnement permet de mettre en avant les critères communs à ces deux notions, proposant aussi quelques pistes de recherche sur une typologie d'environnements.
