Abstract

Après celui de RSE et de RSO, notre hypothèse est que la Responsabilité Sociale des Organisations et des Territoires (RSOT) est un concept porteur. Dans ce cadre, comment se représenter les parties prenantes? Quels outils peuvent guider les gestionnaires? Nos travaux montrent l'importance de mettre l'analyse des parties prenantes en perspective avec une stratégie ou un projet territorial. Ils montrent par ailleurs que le gestionnaire doit élaborer un tableau de bord de pilotage composé de plusieurs outils permettant de clarifier la vision du « jeu d'acteurs » et de piloter le déploiement de la stratégie s'appuyant sur les coopérations entre les parties prenantes.
