Abstract

Les recherches-intervenants a visée transformative en sciences de gestion se heurtent à la résistance d'autres conceptions de la recherche qui invoquent son caractère non scientifique. Cet article propose une étude comparative entre les méthodologies de recherches en sciences de la santé et celles des sciences de gestion. La recherche médicale, universellement reconnue aux plans de la science, de la reconnaissance universitaire et de la crédibilité sociétale, peut être en effet un référent pertinent pour tenter d'éclairer la scientificité de la recherche-intervention utilisée en sciences de gestion. L'hypothèse de cette recherche est qu'en sciences de gestion, la recherche-intervention socio-économique d'ordre qualimétrique et transformatif permet une théorisation efficace et pertinente grâce à la rigueur des méthodes et outils d'observation utilisés en amont du processus scientifique, analogues à la recherche expérimentale universellement utilisée en science médicale. La comparaison entre certaines méthodologies utilisées dans la recherche en sciences de gestion et en sciences de la santé a permis de dégager des proximités considérables entre la recherche-intervention socio-économique et la recherche clinique.
