Abstract

Dans un contexte de préoccupation croissante autour des RPS (risques psychosociaux), la formation des managers tend à se développer, mettant de plus en plus en œuvre des formats pédagogiques de types « groupe d'analyse de pratiques ». Comment sont organisés ces « groupes d'analyse de pratiques » et en quoi ces espaces de discussion permettent aux managers de mieux appréhender la prévention des RPS, tout en évitant de n'être qu'un « coussin compassionnel » (Clot, 2010) ? Cet article entend répondre à ces questions par l'étude de trois cas auprès de grandes entreprises , et ainsi pointer les conditions nécessaires à ces formations pour aider les managers à lutter contre les RPS notamment en facilitant une « entrée par le métier » (Miossec & Clot, 2011). Par ailleurs, les auteurs soulignent quelques limites et pistes de recherche pour introduire une réflexion autour du management du travail et favoriser la prévention des RPS.
