Abstract

Chacun possède ses propres intérêts personnels, induisant, dans le cadre de l'organisation, une démultiplication des décisions et choix individuels et complexifiant la gestion efficace et aboutie d'une décision commune. Il s'agit, dans cet article, de considérer que les émotions sont parties intégrantes de la prise de décision, hypothèse préalablement démontrée par les sciences en neurologie. Ainsi, l'une des caractéristiques intrinsèques de l'émotion, la contagion, serait à considérer dans le cadre de la prise de décision et, notamment, dans la prise de décision managériale commune. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il décrit le rôle des émotions dans la prise de décision managériale, puis, au travers d'une caractéristique inhérente aux émotions, tend à montrer que la décision peut être liée à une contagion émo-décisionnelle, faiblement pourvue de rationalité.
