Abstract

Cette communication vise à montrer à partir d'une recherche intervention dans deux établissements de santé, que les dispositifs mis en place pour compenser les effets de l'absentéisme sont pour partie des facteurs favorisant non pas la réduction de l'absentéisme, mais son aggravation. La recherche montre également que les dispositifs sont auto-légitimant : plus ils sont utilisés et plus leur recours est perçu comme légitime empêchant de fait toute possibilité de changement pour réduire l'absentéisme
