Abstract

L'absentéisme des personnels soignants des établissements de santé français est unphénomène en croissance et au niveau très élevé relativement aux chiffres du secteurindustriel ou de l'ensemble du champ de la fonction publique. Les recherches surl'absentéisme en général et sur l'absentéisme hospitalier en particulier ont en commun demontrer la part significative des facteurs exogènes pour expliquer le phénomène. Or, lesecteur hospitalier a connu ces dernières années de multiples réformes qui visaient à letransformer en profondeur. Dans ce contexte, les établissements ont modifié leursorganisations du travail, et ont conçu de nouveaux leviers pour gérer les ressourceshospitalières. L'objet de cet article est de montrer, à travers les résultats d'une rechercheinterventionréalisée dans 10 établissements de santé, les possibles impacts des réformeshospitalières sur l'accroissement de l'absentéisme des personnels soignants dans lesétablissements de santé
