Abstract

The need of transformation in the sphere of social education institute is highlighted in modern Russian society. These structural and substantial changes occur in all its components, both basic and derived social factors. Changes in Russian higher education are also referred to that. Considering the process of development of modern Russian universities, we are confident that this experience will be of interest of our foreign colleagues, as creation of a single planetary education system in the framework of the "Bologna process" requires the exchange of "information fields".
