Abstract

The article presents the sources of hazards in food, sources of risk in the food industry, the types of risks identified in the agreement SPS, the steps required to assess the risks, posed by pests or diseases, guidelines on the implementation of Article 5.5 G/SPS/1.5, concept definition of sanitary and phytosanitary measures in accordance with the principles of harmonization and equivalence of the WTO.
