Abstract

Cet article se fonde sur une définition socio-phénoménologique de la connaissance et l'étude d'organisation naturelle, i.e., émergente, de systèmes de connaissances socialisés. Nous présentons une synthèse concernant six organisations à la complexité et aux enjeux socioéconomiques croissants, et proposons d'explorer la mise en place d'un dispositif « artificiel » de gestion des connaissances comme une réorganisation « centrée mémoire » qui implique trois niveaux de problèmes fondamentaux : les niveaux de la technologisation, de la référentialisation, et de l'implication ; eux-mêmes soumis à un méta-niveau de problèmes primordial : l'éthique.
