Abstract

The drug is a therapeutic means to achieve a state of well-being. This design, however, is changing. Today, science demonstrates that this substance is a pollutant because it has impacts on human health and the environment. An inventory of the French regulation reveals significant gaps, mainly, in the management of waste activities generating this substance. Arises in this regard, the issue of liability for damage caused by the pollution and the question of the legal status of hospital waste that water treatment plant fail to treat.
