Abstract

L'évolution des revenus des producteurs laitiers depuis l'instauration des quotas est analysée à partir de deux échantillons constants du Réseau d'information comptable agricole (RICA) 83-88 et 88-91. Après une sensible amélioration dans la première période, la position relative de l'ensemble des producteurs de lait s'est ensuite dégradée, du fait d'une évolution moins favorable du prix relatif du lait et d'un accroissement des charges depuis 1988. L'analyse par trajectoire montre que seules les trajectoires de croissance avec développement de productions non laitières ont pu améliorer leurs résultats économiques.
