Une typologie des plans d'options sur actions des entreprises du CAC40 : de l'imbrication des logiques humaines, financières et institutionnelles

Abstract

Cet article propose une étude longitudinale des politiques de stock-options des entreprises cotées au CAC40 en s'appuyant sur une base de données exhaustive et inédite. A partir de l'étude des caractéristiques des 494 plans mis en place par les entreprises du CAC40 sur la période 1995-2003, l'auteur propose une typologie des plans d'options sur actions et distingue trois catégories de plans. L'analyse des caractéristiques de ces trois types de plans et de leurs évolutions fait ressortir l'imbrication des dimensions humaines et financières mais également la dimension isomorphique des politiques de stock-options.
