Abstract

Cette recherche porte sur le rôle des réseaux en matière d'insertion professionnelle. La notion de réseau est étroitement liée à celle de capital social. Rechercher un emploi par réseau suppose donc de pouvoir s'appuyer sur des relations utiles dans ce domaine qui assurent un accès à des ressources. La littérature est très riche quant au rôle des réseaux dans le succès de carrière des individus, mais aussi en aval lors de la recherche d'emplois. Néanmoins, leur rôle n'a pas été étudié dans le cas spécifique des stages, alors même que ces derniers constituent de plus en plus un prélude à l'insertion professionnelle. Cette enquête s'interroge sur la place et le rôle des réseaux dans l'accès aux stages. Elle s'appuie sur une enquête par questionnaires réalisée auprès de 415 étudiants de gestion de niveau Master 1, ayant effectué un stage conventionné entre leur Licence 3 et leur Master 1. En accord avec la littérature dans le cas de la recherche d'emploi, les résultats démontrent la prédominance du réseau pour l'obtention d'un stage et le fait que les stages trouvés par réseau sont de " meilleure qualité ".
