Abstract

Un transfert d'établissement, même lorsqu'il s'effectue sur une courte distance, est susceptible d'avoir d'importantes conséquences en matière de gestion des ressources humaines. Cet article fait le point sur les connaissances académiques dans ce domaine à travers l'analyse des travaux empiriques spécifiquement consacrés aux réactions des salariés et à la gestion des transferts d'établissements par les directions des entreprises concernées. Il replace, en outre, ces travaux dans le cadre plus large de la littérature sur la mobilité géographique et sur le changement organisationnel. Cette mise en perspective permet de dégager les pistes de réflexion les plus prometteuses, pour les chercheurs comme pour les praticiens.
