Abstract

L'analyse conjointe permet d'identifier le système de valeurs d'un individu à travers l'analyse des compromis qu'il effectue en situation de choix. Jusqu'à présent peu utilisée en gestion des ressources humaines, cette méthodologie offre pourtant la possibilité d'étudier les préférences des salariés et/ou des employeurs confrontés à des choix, et ce dans les différents domaines de la GRH. L'article présente tout d'abord la méthode de l'analyse conjointe. Il montre ensuite son intérêt et ses applications possibles pour les recherches en gestion des ressources humaines.
