Abstract

В статье ставится вопрос о новой структуре экономических отношений, связанных с предоставлением образовательных услуг. Прежде всего, это связано с необходимостью обеспечить устойчивое финансирование высшей школы и сформировать образовательную среду, обеспечивающую оптимальные условия воспроизводства специалистов высшего уровня, соответствующих требованиям современной экономики. Особое внимание уделяется экономическому анализу деятельности вузов по повышению мотивации роста персональных затрат потребителей образовательных услуг, а также путей оптимизации систем управления высшей школой.
