Abstract

В статье поставлена проблема формирования новых экономических отношений по поводу получения услуг системы высшего образования в контексте перехода национальной экономики к обществу знаний. Обосновано, что активное рыночное функционирование образования должно привести к формированию образовательного пространства как системной части социального пространства с соответствующими экономическими отношениями, которые объективно предопределят приоритетные принципы управления системой высшего образования.
