Abstract

Ce travail explore les conséquences, sur le travail associatif, de la mise en place du " service civique volontaire ". Il s'agit de discuter les recompositions et réorganisations que suppose une telle hybridation des ressources humaines dans un cadre de travail atypique soumis par ailleurs à une problématique de réduction de moyens.
