Abstract

Avec un taux de croissance du PIB de 3,5 %, l'année 2007 constitue le point haut du cycle de croissance débuté en 2004. Le premier semestre 2008 marque un coup d'arrêt avec une croissance de 0,4 % au premier trimestre, puis nulle au deuxième, qui contraste fortement avec les + 1,1 % et + 1,3 % observés au cours des deux derniers trimestres de 2007. Cette fin d'année 2007 exceptionnelle garantit toutefois pour 2008 un acquis de croissance de 2,1 % (...).
