Abstract

Dans ce Cahier, nous avons choisi de traiter la labellisation d'une démarche de responsabilité sociétale de l'entreprise, à travers l'expérience du processus de labellisation LUCIE de la Banque Populaire Atlantique. Pourquoi s'engager dans la labellisation ? Quels moyens mobiliser ? Quels retours peut-on attendre ? Ce cahier est à utiliser comme un carnet de route pour améliorer les pratiques sociales et environnementales dans l'entreprise, et en faire un facteur de réussite économique.
