Abstract

Ces Cahiers visent à diffuser les résultats des recherches que les enseignants-chercheurs d'Audencia Group mènent avec les dirigeants et managers d'entreprises pour inspirer les nouveaux business models, de nouvelles pratiques managériales et de nouveaux produits et services. Dans ce premier ouvrage, nous avons choisi de traiter la démarche de libération du centre d'appels IMA Tech' situé à Saint-Herblain. Quels sont les ingrédients pour libérer son entreprise ? Pourquoi s'engager dans une telle démarche ? Quel est le ressenti des salariés sur ce projet ? Ce cahier est à utiliser comme carnet de route pour toutes les entreprises qui souhaitent se lancer dans une démarche de libération dans l'objectif de favoriser et faire émerger l'innovation au sein de leurs organisations.
