Abstract

L'apparition de signaux positifs fin 2009 (reprise du commerce mondial, créations d'emplois dans l'intérim et amélioration du moral des industriels), pouvait être interprétée comme autant de preuves de l'achèvement du processus de dégradation de l'activité et laissait augurer une sortie de crise imminente de l'économie mondiale et française (...).
