Abstract

Le ralentissement de l'activité depuis la fin de l'année 2007 concerne presque tous les pays, mais est particulièrement marqué en Chine et en Inde. Cependant, le taux de croissance reste soutenu dans la région : + 9,5 % en 2007 et + 7,6 % prévu en 2008. Les investissements de ces dix dernières années, les réformes structurelles et la mise en place de politiques macroéconomiques actives ont soutenu la croissance. Le développement des exportations ces dernières années, au sein même de la zone mais aussi vers des marchés autres que ceux des États-Unis, a atteint 17 %. Il a contribué au dynamisme de la zone, soutenu aussi par la demande intérieure. Néanmoins, de fortes tensions inflationnistes pèsent sur les perspectives de croissance. Nos prévisions ont été revues à la baisse depuis celles du printemps 2008, et nous tablons sur une croissance qui passerait de 9,5 % en 2007 à 7,6 % en 2008 et 7,3 % en 2009, soit un ralentissement de 1,9 puis 0,3 point (...).
