Abstract

La reconnaissance est un concept complexe et polysémique. Des incompréhensions, à la fois au niveau théorique et dans son opérationnalisation, résident dans le fait qu'elle ne s'oppose pas simplement à un type de non-reconnaissance. En effet, nous allons rendre plus explicites les deux principales facettes très différenciées de non-reconnaissance : le mépris et le déni. Nous suggérons que ces deux mots se heurtent à la reconnaissance et sont pourtant influencés dans leurs processus, leurs causes et leurs effets par des éléments différents.
