Abstract

Si l'analyse de l'activité est au coeur de la construction de dispositifs de formation en didactique professionnelle, la façon dont ces dispositifs peuvent en retour permettre d'éclairer les activités est moins souvent mise en avant. Notre travail à l'interface entre recherche et formation est ainsi de mettre en dynamique analyse de l'activité et processus de formation. A partir de l'exemple d'une formation de conseillers agricoles en poste et dont l'activité évolue, nous proposons de montrer tout d'abord les apports de la confrontation entre le processus de construction des objectifs de la formation et l'analyse préalable de l'activité pour comprendre ce qui rend possibles les évolutions en cours dans les métiers. Nous présenterons ensuite comment la mise en oeuvre de différentes formes d'évaluation de la formation permet de saisir les évolutions de ces conseillers et de leur activité, ainsi que les difficultés qu'ils rencontrent.
