Abstract

Within the framework of a research currently in hand, we were brought to work on the case of a company, leader in its sector, whose whole managerial system is based on persuasion. Inside a system of diffuse influence, the employee is to some extent "a prisoner" of a company which, in same time, develops more than all freedom and autonomy. We highlight strong mechanisms of attachment at the company. Using the framework of the socioanalyse, we analyze this paradoxical situation and the very particular form of power that the organization seems to exert on its employees.
