Abstract

Les notions d'ingénierie et d'intelligence territoriale sont entrées dans les discours des acteurs territoriaux mais sont encore mal identifiées. Le projet IngeTerr s'interroge sur les mutations de l'ingénierie territoriale, questionne les compétences nécessaires et leurs modes d'organisation. Il apparaît que selon le processus privilégié (construction territoriale, démarche procédurale de contractualisation), les acteurs auront à mobiliser des formes d'ingénierie différentes. Et s'il n'y a avait pas une mais des ingénieries territoriales ? Le projet a également permis de cerner cinq grands idéaux-types de praticiens de l'ingénierie territoriale.
