Abstract

Si la notion de réflexivité est récente dans le vocabulaire de l'ingénierie territoriale, sa pratique y est essentielle : il convient de favoriser l'émergence de praticiens réflexifs. Un dispositif pédagogique a été testé à cet effet. Parmi les résultats, on note que la réflexivité fait advenir le caractère expérientiel de l'expérience. L'accompagnement centré sur les représentations est à développer, car le changement de regard amorce celui du terrain. Cette capacité est une compétence d'animation.
