La pression en faveur de " réformes structurelles " du marché du travail dans l'Union européenne : une analyse économique

Abstract

Cette contribution vise à replacer les " réformes structurelles " des marchés du travail européens dans un cadre de long terme. On examine tout d'abord leurs dimensions, leurs contenus et leurs orientations, et on montre que la flexibilisation et la déréglementation ne constituent pas, tant s'en faut, le seul " menu " expérimenté de réformes du marché du travail dans l'UE. Ensuite, on présente un cadre plus général d'interprétation de la diversité des réformes en cours, et on les situe au regard d'autres agendas tels que la " flexicurité ", le " Travail décent " et les " Marchés Transitionnels du Travail ".
