Abstract

De notre volonté de savoir et d'explorer, nous en avons ressorti la nécessité de travailler sur la phénoménologie organisationnelle. Cette lecture philosophique permettra notamment une analyse nietzschéenne du pouvoir dans les organisations, une conceptualisation primaire d'une théorie des rôles contribuant à l'étude des phénomènes de souffrance au travail ainsi qu'une contribution de cette même théorie à la réflexion sur l'intersectionnalité. Enfin, nous aimerons à présenter le phénomène du transfert du savoir dans l'organisation, ainsi que l'étude du sentiment et du besoin de reconnaissance. Les thèmes ont été présentés en conférences nationales et internationales. La difficulté résidant alors en une réelle interprétation constructiviste de la phénoménologie organisationnelle par la philosophie.
