La qualité de l'emploi dans l'ESS. Etude exploratoire sur la région des Pays de la Loire

Abstract

À partir des premiers résultats d'une exploitation des DADS (déclarations annuelles de données sociales) l'article cherche à caractériser les emplois offerts dans les organisations d'économie sociale et solidaire (ESS) des Pays de la Loire. Il donne également des informations sur les salariés qui occupent ces postes. L'étude est réalisée avec le souci de comparer l'ESS aux autres secteurs de l'économie. Les domaines de la culture et de l'action sociale et médico-sociale font l'objet d'une attention plus particulière. Globalement considérée, l'ESS paraît avoir une part plus importante de " petits boulots ", une moindre présence des temps complets et des contrats à durée indéterminée. Les salaires horaires y sont comparables à ceux du secteur public mais inférieurs à ceux des sociétés privées à but lucratif, notamment pour les cadres supérieurs. Néanmoins, les systèmes d'emploi et les performances de l'ESS en matière de qualité d'emploi sont très disparates selon les domaines d'activité. Les auteurs ont bénéficié, pour l'accès aux données, du CASD (Centre d'accès sécurisé distant) dédié aux chercheurs autorisés suite à l'avis émis par le Comité français du secret statistique.
