Abstract

La question de la représentation et du rôle des femmes dans les situations de post conflit et de négociation reste d'actualité malgré une mobilisation importante des associations et ONG de femmes et les implications de nombreuses institutions. La reconnaissance de la participation des femmes au développement de la société est encore niée dans de nombreux pays. Les outils de la théorie du capital social nous permettent de montrer quelles sont les capacités des femmes à participer aux actions politiques et socio-économiques et comment se met en place une dynamique susceptible de faire évoluer leur situation.
