Abstract

Face à la baisse des subventions et la rationalisation des ressources, les entreprises de spectacle vivant recherchent des solutions de développement. A partir de la comparaison de résultats issus de deux expérimentations, nous montrons dans cet article que l'Intervention Socio-Economique est une méthode de conduite de changement pouvant participer à l'élaboration de solutions d'amélioration de la performance socio-économique dans le secteur des arts vivants.
