Abstract

Les systèmes d'appréciation du personnel se sont aujourd'hui généralisés dans les entreprises et concernent toutes les catégories de personnel. Ils peuvent avoir diverses finalités et être plus ou moins formalisés, mais la notion même d'appréciation ou d'évaluation suppose la référence à des critères ou à des normes. Les systèmes ont pour objectif d'évaluer non seulement les résultats mais également " comment " ils ont été obtenus. Aujourd'hui, les formulaires valorisent aussi l'adoption de comportements discrétionnaires au travail, ces comportements de citoyenneté organisationnelle, les comportements " extra-rôles " reconnus par la communauté scientifique sous diverses expressions et qui peuvent être des " comportements vertueux ".
