Abstract

Ce chapitre s'interroge sur les influences que les caractéristiques des organisations font peser sur la mise en œuvre des dispositifs de coaching. La sociologie des organisations nous rend attentifs aux différences profondes qui séparent différents types d'organisations. On montre dans ce texte que ces différences jouent un rôle déterminant dans l'adoption (ou non) des dispositifs de coaching - tel est l'objet de la première partie du chapitre - ainsi que dans leur déploiement - la seconde partie. Pour ce faire, on s'appuie sur quelques analyses de cas menées par nous-mêmes ou empruntées à d'autres chercheurs.
