Abstract

Sometimes, small businesses firms operate successfully perenity without formalized control system, neither internally nor externally. The continuity of the company depends on that of the sector in which it fits. In cases that we outline here, the players in the supply chain meet the usual standards (e.g. health) to their profession, and can even create standards (for example a label sign quality) or to submit to communicate to the outside. But the organizational sustainability of each prepares long term and arranges the day thanks to the injunctions of a proactive player, which can be located at any stage of the supply chain, upstream of the consumer. We found that the sustainability steering system works correctly provided that the proactive player is located at the same stage of the industry than where is the main competitive advantage (perceived by the consumer). When this competitive edge is positioned to another component of the sector as that of the proactive player, the industry seems not perennial. She can't take shape, either it floundering while life is at best a few years.
