Abstract

L'émergence des places de marché électroniques (PDME) a été souvent associée ? l'idée d'une nouvelle organisation des échanges marchands. L'échec d'un certain nombre de ces PDME interroge théoriciens et praticiens sur la valeur que les utilisateurs perçoivent des principaux outils des PDME. L'étude qualitative réalisée dans les départements achats, approvisionnements et systèmes d'information des principaux acteurs de la grande distribution généraliste française valident empiriquement notre démarche.
