Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de tester, dans le cadre d'une étude menée auprès de 100 entreprises françaises, l'impact des facteurs liés à la stratégie de déploiement des PGI (préparation : cible organisationnelle, réingénierie des processus ; ingénierie : développements spécifiques, déploiement : couverture fonctionnelle et vitesse), sur la perception d'une vision plus transversale de l'entreprise. Tous ces facteurs jouent un rôle significatif dans le développement d'une vision transversale. Cependant, la couverture fonctionnelle semble particulièrement importante à prendre en compte dans les recherches futures.
