Abstract

Le management des ressources humaines s'est profondément transformé du fait d'une valorisation progressive et significative du facteur humain. Cette évolution a permis de répondre aux nouveaux enjeux de compétitivité des entreprises exigeant toujours plus de flexibilité, de réactivité et de qualité de la part des organisations. Le développement de la fonction RH a ainsi permis aux organisations de repenser leurs pratiques de management afin d'attirer, impliquer, motiver et récompenser le travail de leurs salariés. Cet ouvrage a pour but de proposer un regard concret sur les nouveaux enjeux de la GRH (thématiques traditionnelles revisitées à la lumière de la génération Y et des nouvelles technologies et présentation de thématiques RH contemporaines telles que la diversité, les risques psychosociaux ou encore la gestion territoriale des ressources humaines). En s'appuyant sur une grande variété de cas réels d'entreprises concernées par des contextes et des situations concurrentielles spécifiques (stratégie, financier, productif), cet ouvrage invite étudiants et praticiens à (re-)découvrir des pratiques de management des ressources humaines toujours plus adaptées aux problématiques actuelles des entreprises.
